What to write about
Something isn’t working. Tell me what you were trying to do and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously. If a step felt confusing rather than broken, that’s worth sending too — it usually means the design is at fault.
Your account or your data. Questions about what’s stored, or about how any of it works. You can close your account and delete your whole collection yourself, from your account settings — but if you’d rather I did it, or something about it isn’t working, write to me.
You appear in someone else’s collection. If a family member has written about you and you have questions or want something removed, write to me and I’ll work with them to sort it out.
Ideas, feedback, or press. All welcome at the same address.
How long it takes
I read everything that arrives. I’m one person, so I won’t promise a same-day reply — but nothing sits unanswered, and anything involving your data or a broken collection goes to the front of the queue.
